NEW YORK UNIVERSITY (NYU)

NYU, in Abu Dhabi, was the first campus of its type in the Middle East to be operated abroad by a major American research university. We secured Phase 1 of the NYU basement blockwork package, comprimising a total of 54,000m2 of hollow, thermal and solid blockwork.We mobilised a team of team of 50 masons and 60 on site support staff who between them completed an average of 400m2 of high quality blockwork per day.

FUJAIRAH CITY CENTRE MALL

The Emirate's largest shopping, leisure and entertainment destination with a varied mix of more than 100 retail stores and food and beverage outlets.

The contract was to construct structurally, critical 9-metre high columns and a number of mezzanine floors, throughout the complex. We developed cost effective systems and method of work that would speed up the build without impactacting build quality. Innovatative engineered panel and traditional foamwork solutions were created that increased productivity on site, reduced costs and ultimately saved time,helping the complex project to be completed ahead of schedule.

MONTE-CARLO BEACH CLUB

In a spectacular setting on Saadiyat Beach, Abu Dhabi, the islands first private beach club offers members an exclusive experience in fabulous surroundings, in keeping with the quality and values of this leading international hotel group.

We were responsible for all blockwork and ceramic tiling works to the washrooms and kitchen areas. We completed this high quality installation on schedule.

Alexander Court, East Sussex, is a retirement housing block . It consists of 154 units, including studios, one- bedroom, and two-bedroom flats.
